Momentum Executive Leadership Experience
Terms & Conditions

By registering for Momentum, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Participation

Momentum is a private executive leadership experience intentionally limited to a small cohort of senior leaders.

Your registration confirms your participation in the Momentum Executive Leadership Experience and reserves your place within the cohort.

Momentum is designed as an interactive experience that relies upon the engagement, preparation, and participation of each attendee.

Program Investment & Payment

The investment for the inaugural Momentum Executive Leadership Experience is $17,000.

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment or approval of an agreed-upon payment plan.

All payments must be completed according to the payment schedule provided by Fortitude Consulting, LLC.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of participation and any associated lodging reservations.

Included in Your Investment

Your Momentum investment includes:

• Participation in the private two-day executive leadership experience
• One pre-Momentum executive intake conversation
• Personal leadership preparation materials
• All Momentum program materials
• Executive leadership binder
• Morning coffee and light provisions before each working session
• A private participant dinner on Friday evening
• A personal 30-Day Momentum Leadership Operating Plan
• One individual post-Momentum executive coaching session
• Three nights of standard lodging at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa
• Continued implementation support following the experience

Travel & Additional Expenses

Participants are responsible for all transportation to and from Scottsdale, Arizona.

Participants are also responsible for:

• Airfare
• Ground transportation
• Travel insurance
• Personal incidentals
• Room upgrades
• Additional lodging nights
• Expenses associated with spouses, significant others, or guests

Travel to and from the event is not included in the Momentum investment.

Lodging

Three nights of standard lodging at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa are included with registration.

Participants must complete their hotel reservation by the date specified in their event materials.

Reservations not completed by the stated deadline may not be guaranteed as part of the included lodging package.

Participants are responsible for any upgrades, additional nights, or personal charges incurred during their stay.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Because Momentum is limited to a very small cohort, each participant commitment directly affects the experience for all attendees.

All registrations are non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend, Fortitude Consulting may, at its sole discretion, allow the participant to transfer their investment to a future Momentum experience or another Fortitude Consulting offering. Any such transfer is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, early departures, or failure to attend.

Confidentiality

Momentum is built upon trust, candor, and professional confidentiality.

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all discussions, experiences, observations, and information shared by fellow participants during the Momentum experience.

Participants may share their own insights and learnings but agree not to disclose confidential information related to another participant, their organization, or their leadership challenges without express permission.

This commitment to confidentiality survives the conclusion of Momentum.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage professionally, respectfully, and constructively throughout the experience.

Fortitude Consulting reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or detrimental to the experience of other attendees.

No refund or credit will be provided in such circumstances.

Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

Momentum provides executive coaching, leadership development, facilitated discussion, peer learning, and educational content.

Participants remain solely responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from their participation.

Fortitude Consulting makes no guarantee regarding specific business, financial, organizational, professional, or personal results.

Photography & Media

To protect the confidentiality and trust of the Momentum cohort, photography and recording during working sessions are prohibited.

Any photographs used for promotional purposes will not identify participants or their organizations without prior written permission.

Force Majeure

Fortitude Consulting shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, rescheduling, or cancellation of the event resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, venue disruptions, government actions, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Should such circumstances occur, Fortitude Consulting reserves the right to reschedule Momentum or provide alternative arrangements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortitude Consulting, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in Momentum.

Participants assume responsibility for their own travel arrangements, personal property, health, safety, and business decisions.

Agreement

By registering for Momentum, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
