Because leadership is too important to get wrong.
From the Desk of Colonel John
Leadership is hard—and it should be.
The good ones carry weight. The great ones own it—without losing themselves in the process.

At a certain level, command stops working.
People will follow your orders—until they don’t. Until they shut down. Or coast. Or leave.
The best leaders don’t rely on authority. They build influence. And influence comes from coaching, not commanding.
Coaching isn’t soft. It’s the most strategic tool a leader can use:

-
It builds ownership instead of compliance
-
It develops thinkers, not followers
In coaching cultures, teams don’t wait to be told. They anticipate. They execute. They improve.
